Gaul Law P.C. (Amanda Gaul, Esq., Founder)
Amanda is relatively new to Rockland County, moving to Nanuet in November, 2017 to be a hands-on aunt to her two nephews. Raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Amanda attended Boston College for her undergraduate degree. She received her law degree from Boston College Law School and her MBA from Boston College’s Carroll Graduate School of Management through a joint JD/MBA program. (If you are doing the math, yes, that is 16 consecutive semesters at Boston College.)
Amanda started her career in commercial real estate at the Boston office of Dechert LLP, doing real estate finance, including first mortgage and mezzanine loan originations, joint ventures and various types of securitizations. From there, Amanda turned her focus towards more traditional commercial real estate work, including conveyancing. For the last 11 years, Amanda has been with the Holiday Law Firm P.C. (leaselaw.com), a boutique commercial real estate law firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts where she is now Of Counsel. With Holiday Law Firm, she represents small, medium and large companies as they lease office and retail spaces, and buy, sell, manage and finance commercial real estate. Amanda also works frequently with small businesses, both start-ups and clients buying and selling small businesses.
Now with 16 years of experience, Amanda is the founder of Gaul Law P.C., a new law firm based in New City, New York focused on commercial real estate law and small business law, and representing clients in New York, Massachusetts, and, in the near future, New Jersey.
When not working, Amanda loves spending time with her nephews, who are one and four, and with her labradoodle, Jackson. She loves to spend time on a sandy beach and visits Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Hawaii as often as possible.
